 INTRODUCTION
Another Internet technology offers its services to netter. Dotcom companies only one or two who want to offer the service free portal. But now the dotcom companies began to conduct market operations to get its fixed subscribers.
            Have you ever thought it would have its own website about yourself, your organization, or any activity that you do. There are several dotcom companies, which can realize the wishful thinking to have this free site include: yahoo with http://www.geocities.com, http://www.namezero.com and others. The dotcom companies trying to spoil internet consumers to be creative to make the homepage and displays the path internet that can be accessed anywhere. This obviously makes netter offer more comfortable.

B.     HOW TO REGISTER?
Example for http:www.namezero.com, we will begin with registration lines are implemented by this “namezero.com companies. We initially entered the portal namezero.com with a simple look. Simply click on the live anyway we then presented our view of the data registration and the name of the homepage that we want to use the rules. org (organization) or .net and. com. then if your web application is approved it will be given an answer by email that we have.

Unfortunately many Internet users will not understand this. It is autonomous when a learner learns independently while it is collaborative when I teach second grade at a dual language school focusing on international communication. Demographically, the majority of my students are of Hispanic and Black descent. Many of the students at John C. Daniels speak Indonesian as their dominant language.
